Once ready, each timber is planed in-factory to your custom log profile and size, then processed using our automated CNC machining system for unmatched accuracy and consistency.
Our double tongue-and-groove log profile is designed for maximum energy efficiency, creating a triple-seal system between each log course. This not only enhances your home’s thermal performance but also provides superior protection against air and moisture infiltration.

We also save you significant on-site labor costs by routing electrical box allowances for outlets, switches, and lighting in the factory. All wire chases are drilled in advance through the logs for a clean, efficient installation.
To ensure precision and quality, every log structure is assembled in our factory for a complete quality assurance check, then disassembled and packaged for safe delivery to your building site.
